Due Date Has Come and Gone
Well, the full moon yesterday had no effect on whether or not Lindsey was going to go into labor. Yesterday was the projected date that Drew was supposed to make an appearance. Well, obviously he isn’t here. We go to the doctor tomorrow for yet another appointment and this time we will discuss inducement. We are going to push to be induced this week. I don’t think that either of us can stand another weekend like this.
Lindsey called the nurses line on Saturday and after describing how she was feeling they told us to come in just to be safe. So, we go to the hospital and sit in a cold hospital room watching Lindsey’s contractions and Drew’s heart beat on a monitor for 2 hours to find out that nothing is happening and to go home and rest. Very frustrating.
I’ll post an update tomorrow after the appointment with what’s going on.
