Doctor Appointment – December 15, 2005 Success!
Lindsey had her 3rd doctor’s appointment on December 15th and everything looks great (or should I say sounds). We heard the heartbeat yet again and instead of 180bpm like it was last time, it as slowed down to 163bpm which is totally normal. I did get it recorded this time and you can listen to it on the home page.
Lindsey’s iron count was at 30 this time which is a bit low so they put her on an iron supplement which again, totally normal. She also lost 4 pounds!!! Very strange to me but yet again, normal. The doctor said that in the beginning months of pregnancy weight fluctuation is very normal. Over the next 5 weeks or so, she should start gaining weight and her tummy should start to grow exponentially.
We go back to the doc on January 11 for the first ultrasound and to find out the sex!!! Very exciting day coming up. I’ll post updates as I get them. Keep coming back!
